01Consignment
We’ll find its next owner.
On consignment your car is offered from our lot, to people who came here looking for one like it. You describe it once, below. The terms are settled with you before it is listed.
02Three questions first
Is it a fit?
This lot sells low-mileage cars, so that is what its visitors expect to find. If yours fits, it is in the right place.
How many miles?
Give the reading as it stands on the dash today. Set against the year, it tells us how the car has been used.
What shape is it in?
Say it plainly in the message line: what has been repaired, what has not, what a buyer would notice first.
Is the title in your name?
Mention it if there is still a loan on the car or the title is held elsewhere. It changes what has to be arranged.

Money to you
When it sells, you are paid as the agreement sets out.
04Terms
The money part, up front.
Settle these before the car leaves your hands, not after. Each line is a question to put to us on the first call.
06Questions
Owner questions.
Q1Is the car still mine while it is on your lot?
Consignment means the car is sold on your behalf. Ownership and the title are covered by the agreement you sign when you bring it in; ask to read that page first.
Q2Can I take it back before it sells?
The agreement says how much notice that takes and whether anything is owed. Ask before you sign, not when you want the car back.
Q3Who decides whether to accept an offer?
Tell us on the first call where your limit is. How offers below the asking price are handled is one of the terms to settle before listing.
Q4There is still a loan on my car. Can I consign it?
Say so in the message line and give the lender’s name. A loan has to be paid off out of the sale, and that needs arranging before the car is listed.
